RE: DISPOSITION OF SURPLUS PROPERTY - 1969 REVERE MOBILE HOME
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on August 3 , 1983, the Board of County Commissioners
was advised that, through tax sale, the County had acquired a
1969 Revere Mobile Home, Serial Number 2521, and there did not
appear to be a need for said mobile home, and
WHEREAS, on August 3 , 1983, the Board of County Commissioners
declared said mobile home to be surplus and directed the Director
of Purchasing to prepare a sales bid for the mobile home, and
WHEREAS, no bid was received on the aforementioned mobile
home, and the cost of transporting said mobile home for auction
was deemed to be greater than its value, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received an offer from Frank Elliott,
P.O. Box 142 , Dacono, CO 80514, to remove said mobile home from
its current location in exchange for the mobile home.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the offer of Frank
Elliott to remove the 1969 Revere Mobile Home in exchage for the
mobile home be, and hereby is, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be,
and hereby is, authorized to convey title of the above mobile
home to Frank Elliott.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 12th day of
Ootober, A.D. , 1983 .
