A letter to Mr. Ernie Ryberg was sent from this office on 1)eremher 11 ,
1910 which discussed setback limitations in the above referenced property.
After discussions with property owners in the area and more consideration,
1 wish to advise you ot a revision of the opinion_
The 500 foot setback from County Roads 7fi and 41 only applies to ante-mobile
disposal businesses and junk yard uperdLiun3. Any other dlluwed acLivuLres
need only comply with the present 25- foot front yard setback from County
Roads 28 and 41.
