HomeMy WebLinkAbout840809.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 969 - ALVA AND JOYCE COLBY WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 26th day of December, 1984 , considered the request of Alva and Joyce Colby for a mobile home to be used temporarily during a medical hardship, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: Lot 1 , Block 3 , Nelson Subdivision; located in part of the SE4, Section 24 , Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1) the applicant shall apply for a building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 2) a septic permit shall be obtained and the site shall meet percolation test requirements prior to the issuance of a building permit; 3) prior to the issuance of a building permit, the owner shall submit evidence that the proposed well is supplying water in such a manner as to be adequate in quality, quantity and dependability for the proposed use; and 4) the mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with the above mentioned conditions.
