RE: APPROVE RECOMMENDATION OF APPOINTMENT OF C. J. ARCHIBEQUE TO
JUVENILE SERVICES PLANNING COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 19-2-1602.7 of House Bill 93-134 and by Resolution
dated July 7, 1993, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, together
with Chief Judge of the Judicial District, agreed to create the Local Juvenile Services Planning
Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that C. J. Archibeque be appointed to said board
as an additional member, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to recommend to Chief Judge of the
Nineteenth Judicial District that C. J. Archibeque be appointed to said committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that C. J. Archibeque be, and hereby is, recommended to the Chief
Judge of the Judicial District for appointment to the Juvenile Services Planning Committee.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 30th day of May, A.D., 2001.
