MORGAN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 29th day of September, 1982, considered the re- quest of Philip C. Morgan for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the parcel of land, which is to be occu- pied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described as follows: Part of the W1 NWa, Section 1, Township 3 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Philip C. Morgan for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is , granted.
