HomeMy WebLinkAbout810449.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 508 - SNOW MOUNTAIN SERVICES WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners on the 25th day of November, 1981, considered the request of Snow Mountain Services for more than one mobile home as an accessory to farm use on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows : Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 32 , Township 1 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the applicant, as well as the recommendation of the Department of Planning Services , finds that said request should be granted conditional upon the applicant obtaining a septic permit for the existing septic system for the Weld County Health Depart- ment prior to obtaining a building permit. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that the request of Snow Mountain Services for permission to place more than one mobile home as an accessory to farm use in an Agricultural Zone be, and hereby is , granted. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of November, A.D. , 1981. It is i rrative for the prover operation of our Forty (40) horse stables that we have the haisinc available for our workers at the stable. To PrOVloe o r CUSiC ierS with the p oner care of their annals, feeding three tires per day, the maintenance of both the indoor and outdoor arenas and the upkeep of the grounds and barn. Since the grounds and barn were let run down to the present condition, there is enumerab]e jobs that have to be done to make the stables into a profitable operation. These jobs do recuire that we have our employees on site at the stable to get these jobs an3 the regular work accomplished. Stalls are cleaned twice per day and bedded plus all the other necessary duties to maintain a stable of this size. The stable being located where it is and not convenient to the workers we need, we must provide our workers with housing and utilities in order to keep workers for the stables. Therefore, we respectfully request that the permits for the mobile homes that we have applied for be granted, so that we may continue to improve the facilities, keep up the maintenance of the property and provide good service to our customers.
