RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING A SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND
AMENDED USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#1199 FOR A GRAVEL MINING
OPERATION IN THE A(AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - KATHARINE OLIVER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Site Specific Development Plan and
Amended Use by Special Review Permit#1199 for a Gravel Mining Operation in the A
(Agricultural) Zone District for Katharine Oliver, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 7th day of February, 2001, at
which time there was no quorum and Commissioner Vaad deemed it advisable to continue said
matter for one week due to the lack of a quorum of the Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
Wednesday, February 14, 2001, at 10:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 7th day of February, A.D., 2001.
