The Weld County Planning Commission
will hold a public hearing on Tuesday,
January 16, 2001, at 1:30 p.m. for the
purpose of considering a Site Specific
and Special Use Permit for a Boarding
Kennel (Dog Daycare and Boarding) in
the Agricultural Zone District for the
property described below. Approval of the
request may create a vested property right
pursuant to Colorado Law.
