I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Melanie Cuevas and I have
been with AT&T for three years. Thomas Gilbert has left AT&T to pursue other interests. I have
recently accepted the responsibility for handling all customer concerns and escalated complaints
brought to our attention by the Local Franchise Authorities. For the past ten months I have been
working as the Corporate Customer Relations specialist for the Denver Metro area which has
given me the opportunity to familiarize myself with the local franchise agreements and
regulations. I am in the office Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 4 PM. please feel free
