Subject: Upcoming Price Changes
Dear Sir or Madam:
In our continuing efforts to provide you with important and timely information, I ant to
tell you about some upcoming price changes that will be affecting local AT&T Home
customers within Weld County.
Effective with July 2001 billing statements, the monthly price for AT&T's @Home high-
speed cable Internet service will increase by $6.00*. Therefore, the new monthly rates
will be:
AT&T @Home Service $35.95*
AT&T @Home Service (including modem rental) $45.95'
Notice to customers is being provided via legal notice placed in the Greeley Trig lane on
May 1. 2001. We are also sending a supplemental e-mail message and a dire mail
piece directly to current AT&T @Home customers regarding these changes
approximately two (2) weeks before the event.
