REMARKS: Dear Esther,
We ate formally requesting a continuance for the Mason View P.U.D. (Percy gmilton)
Change of Zone hearing scheduled for August 15, 2001. We would like to re- ,-hedule
this hearing for August 29,2001,if possible. The reason for this request is bas on two
of the Commissioners being absent for the August 15th hearing. It is our unde tending
that with only three commissioners present, it would take a unanimous vote top r.

Dear Sheri:
This law finn represents R1vIE Petroleum Company ("RME Petroleum") and RME Land
Corp. ("RME Land")with respect to an application for surface development that has been filed by
Percy and Nola Hamilton and identified as the Mason View Planned Unit Development
("Application")on property located in a portion of the SW4 of Section 33,Township 7 North,Range
64 West("Property"). The RME entities own all of the minerals that underlie the Property.
This letter is to inform you that the RME entities have worked out an agreement with the
Hamilton with respect to the compatible development of the surface and the oil and gas estates. For
this reason,the RME entities have no objection to the proposed development.
I ask that you please provide a copy of this letter to the members of the Planning Commission
and the Board of County Commissioners at the hearings on the Application.
