(Dave Hoskins) situate in the West Half of Section 29. ilownship 4 North, Range 68 West of the 6th. P.M., Weld County, Colorado. As per Section 2.1 of the P.U.D. Ordinance, we are requesting that no paving he required for this proposal. The internal road will access off of a County maintained gravel road. We feel that paving the internal road would not be feasible or practical in this situation. The Public Works Department has indicated that a Traffic Impact Study will be necessary. The Traffic Impact Study is included within the submittal packet. It is in our opinion that it will not be feasible to pave the internal roadway as well as a portion of WCR 40.5 for a 5 lot subdivision. Conversation was conducted between Dave Hoskins and the Public Works Department. Public Works,at that time, felt that it would not he feasible to pave WCR 40.5 for the size of this development.
