RE: X-RAY EQUIPMENT FUND
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, on November 29, 1972,
authorized the issuance of anticipation warrants as outlined in the attached
Resolution dated November 29, 1972, in accordance with §30-20-301 through 310,
CRS 1973, and
WHEREAS, the attached Resolution created X-RAY EQUIPMENT REVENUE
ANTICIPATION WARRANT AND SINKING FUND, PURCHASE ACCOUNT FUND, AND X-RAY
EQUIPMENT REVENUE INTEREST FUND, and
WHEREAS, the County Treasurer indicates that all interest and principal
payments of said anticipation warrants have been paid and a balance of
$25,516.87 remains in the respective funds associated with this public
project, and
WHEREAS, any and all funds accruing from bonds and anticipation warrants
in excess of required principal and interest payments accrue to the general
revenue of the County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County that since all principal and interest payments for the obligations
for the public project described in the attached Resolution have been
satisfied and $25,516.87 remains in the associated funds that the above funds
associated with the public project be closed by the County Treasurer and the
remaining balances be transferred to the General Fund/Miscellaneous Revenue
Account immediately.

The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of December, A.D. , 1982.
