The Weld County Public Works Department has reviewed this proposal; this project falls primarily under the
purview of the Use by Special Review Standards. Our comments and requirements are as follows:
COMMENTS:
The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) has jurisdiction over all accesses to the State Highways.
Please contact Gloria Hice-Idler or Tess Jones at the Greeley office to verify the access permit or for any additional
requirements that may be needed to obtain or upgrade the permit. (SH 257)
REQUIREMENTS:
Off-Street Parking and Circulation: The off-street parking including the access drive shall be surfaced with
gravel, asphalt, concrete, or equivalent and shall be graded to prevent drainage problems.
Storm Water Drainage: The property itself is currently buffered by three rows of trees, more than 2500
--evergreens, and fruit trees. Any storm water drainage occurring on site could be absorbed by the existing ground
.;over. No storm water drainage report required.
