RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING SETTING A HEARING DATE TO
DETERMINE WHETHER GOOD CAUSE EXISTS FOR REVOCATION OF A SITE
SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#1198
FOR AN OIL AND GAS SUPPORT AND SERVICE FACILITY (BRINE WATER
DISPOSAL) IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - ENVIRO-CYCLE, LLC,
C/O MIKE CERVI
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution #2001-1240 dated April 30, 2001, the Board did continue the
Show Cause Hearing concerning revocation of a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by
Special Review Permit#1198 for an Oil and Gas Support and Service Facility (brine water
disposal) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, issued to Enviro-Cycle, LLC/Mike Cervi, to
July 25, 2001, to allow the property owner adequate time to complete the remaining outstanding
items for compliance, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the Weld County Board of Commissioner, a meeting was
scheduled for June 11, 2001, at 9:00 a.m., to consider setting an earlier hearing date for the
Show Cause hearing, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to continue the matter to
June 18, 2001, at 9:00 a.m., due to scheduling conflicts of the applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the request to consider an earlier hearing date for the Show
Cause Hearing concerning revocation of a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special
Review Permit#1198 for an Oil and Gas Support and Service Facility (brine water disposal) in
the A (Agricultural) Zone District, issued to Enviro-Cycle, LLC/Mike Cervi, be, and hereby is
continued to June 18, 2001, at 9:00 a.m.
