RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF WILLIAM WEITZEL TO BOARD OF PUBLIC HEALTH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Board of Public Health, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that William Weitzel be appointed to said board
as the District 2 representative, to replace Michael Willitz, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint William Weitzel to said board, with
his term to expire May 23, 2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that William Weitzel be, and hereby is, appointed to the Board of
Public Health, with his term to expire May 23, 2004.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 25th day of June, A.D., 2001.
