RE: APPOINTMENT OF BILL DIEHL TO THE WELD COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Plan-
ning Commission in District I , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Bill Diehl be appointed
to said Planning Commission to fill the unexpired term of Irma
White, said term to expire on July 31, 1981.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado that Bill Diehl be , and hereby
is , appointed to the Weld County Planning Commission for a term
to expire on July 31, 1981.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 22nd day of
April , A.D. , 1981.
