Dear Commissioners,
This is a follow up to my December 12, 2000 letter to the Commissioners requesting the
County to take action to see if any thing could be done to clean up Mr. Larty Stephens'
residence at 14627 CR 22, Fort Lupton, Colorado. With that letter, I sent pictures that
documented that Mr. Stephens has not complied with County's terms in keeping his
property clean, neat, and orderly.
As of this date, I have not heard from the County on their intent to have Mr. Stephens
clean up the unsightly conditions of his property, nor has there been any improvement in
the site, if the County did in fact contact Mr. Stephens.
Can the County Commissioners please let me know what the County intends to do to
remedy this situation. Please let me know if you did not receive a copy of my December
letter and pictures and I will send you a copy of the letter and more pictures.
