HomeMy WebLinkAbout20012570.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE RESUBDIVISION (LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT ONLY) OF ARROWHEAD SUBDIVISION, S#608 -TYLER RICHARDSON WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 10th day of September, 2001, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the application of Tyler Richardson, P.O. Box 328, Greeley, Colorado 80632, for a Resubdivision (Lot Line Adjustment Only) of Arrowhead Subdivision on the following described real estate, to-wit: Lots 22 and 23, Block 1, 2nd Filing, Arrowhead Subdivision; located in the NW1/4 of Section 27, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, said applicant was present, and WHEREAS, Section 24-5-30 of the Weld County Code provides standards for review of said Resubdivision (Lot Line Adjustment Only), and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements of those present, studied the request of the applicant and the recommendations of the Weld County Department of Planning Services staff and all of the exhibits and evidence presented in this matter and, having been fully informed, finds that this request shall be approved for the following reasons: 1. The submitted materials are in compliance with the application requirements of Section 24-5-30.6 of the Weld County Code. 2. It is the opinion of the Board of County Commissioners that the applicant has shown compliance with Section 24-50-30.C.3 of the Weld County Subdivision Ordinance including specifically: a. Section 24-5-30.C.3.a -- No utility easements are affected by the proposed lot line change. b. Section 24-5-30.C.3.b -- No utility easements have been designated along the property line to be relocated due to the fact that utility easements were not identified at this location at the time of the original plat. Therefore, I need to rely on mailing information to you regarding the Utility Board hearing scheduled for Thursday,August 23 at 10:00 a.m. The hearing will take place in the Planning Commission hearing room, second floor, 1555 North 17th Avenue, Greeley.
