RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING CHANGE OF ZONE#557 FROM THE A
(AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT TO THE PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT)
ZONE DISTIRCT - COLORADO ELK RANCH, LLLP
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with Change of Zone#557 from the
A (Agricultural) Zone District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zone District to create 38
lots with residential uses and 32.12 acres of open space for Colorado Elk Ranch, LLLP, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 26th day of September, 2001,
at which time the Board deemed it advisable to accept the request of Colorado Elk Ranch,
LLLP, to continue said matter due to a family emergency of the applicant's representative.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
October 31, 2001, at 10:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 26th day of September, A.D., 2001.
