RESOLUTION
RE: AUTHORIZATION TO RELEASE LETTER OF CREDIT OF ALLISON
FARMS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado has been informed that Allison Farms Subdivision has
been annexed into the City of Greeley in action taken by the
City of Greeley on May 5, 1981 and became effective May 13 ,
1981, and is no longer an obligation of Weld County Board
of County Commissioners , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has now
granted authorization to relase the Letter of Credit drawn
on the Union Colony Bank of Greeley for Allison Farms .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the release of
the Letter of Credit drawn on the Union Colony Bank of
Greeley be, and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th
day of November, A.D. , 1981.

We hereby establish in your favor our Irrevocable Letter of Credit #109
which is available for negotiation of your draft at sight, drawn on Union
Colony Bank bearing the clause: "Drawn under Union Colony Bank, their Letter
of Credit No. #109 and accompanied by obligation to Board of County Commissioners,
Weld County."
The following documents required:
1. Your signed statement that the amount drawn is due in connection
with the obligation to Board of County Commissioners, Weld County.

Unless otherwise instructed, documents will be forward to us in one envelope
by the negotiating bank. The credit will be subject to the Uniform Customs and
Practice for Documentary Credits (1974 Revision), the International Chamber of
