RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Retirement, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Drew Scheltinga be reappointed to said
board as the employee representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Drew Scheltinga to said board,
with his term to expire July 31, 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Drew Scheltinga be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Board of
Retirement, with his term to expire July 31, 2005.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 30th day of July, A.D., 2001.
