RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO UNDESIRABLE PLANT
MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Undesirable Plant Management Advisory
Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Benjamin Farmer be appointed to said
board to replace Doug Rademacher, and Reid Graves be reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Benjamin Farmer and reappoint
Reid Graves to said board, with their terms to expire August 19, 2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Benjamin Farmer be, and hereby is, appointed to the Undesirable
Plant Management Advisory Commission, with his term to expire August 19, 2004.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Reid Graves be, and hereby is,
reappointed to the Undesirable Plant Management Advisory Commission, with his term to
expire August 19, 2004.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 22nd day of August, A.D., 2001.
