RE: APPOINTMENTS TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado , pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, several vacancies currently exist on the Board of
Adjustment, and
WHEREAS , the following individuals have been recommended
to serve on said Board, with their terms to begin January 31 ,
1984 , and expire as below listed:
MEMBERS TERMS TO EXPIRE
Judy Nelson December 31 , 1986
Associate Position
Paul Allen December 31 , 1986
At-Large Position
Bill Condon, Jr. December 31 , 1986
Associate Position
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to appoint
the above mentioned people to serve as members on the Board of
Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the above mentioned
individuals be, and hereby are, appointed to serve as members
on the Board of Adjustment for terms to be as hereinabove
stated.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 6th day of
February, A.D. , 1984 , nunc pro tunc January 31 , 1984 .
