Please refer to the letter dated May 1, 2001 from the Weld County Department of Public Works
addressing all transportation items. Planning Staff has verified that electrical and water requirements
have been completed. However, no landscaping has been placed according to the approved landscape
plan.
Once the landscaping has been completed, please contact the Weld County Department of Planning
Services for a final inspection.
