RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF JENNIFER GALINDO TO BOARD OF PUBLIC
HEALTH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Board of Public Health, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jennifer Galindo be appointed to said board
as the District 4 representative, to replace Clay Moran, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Jennifer Galindo to said board, with
her term to expire May 23, 2003.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Jennifer Galindo be, and hereby is, appointed to the Board of
Public Health, with her term to expire May 23, 2003.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 6th day of August, A.D., 2001.
