RE: HEARING DATE FOR CARBON VALLEY METROPOLITAN RECREATION
DISTRICT SET FOR JANUARY 18, 1983
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, in a public meeting held on the 20th day of December,
1982 , accepted a service plan from the Tri Area Planning
Commission, to create a recreation district within the county,
and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, has set the public hearing for January 18, 1983 at
7: 00 P.M. to be held at the Frederick High School , located
at Frederick, Colorado, to consider the recreation district for
the Tri-Area, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners will hear the
testimony of the owners of real property to be assessed for the
recreation district and shall make a determination therefrom.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the public hearing
to consider said recreation district will be held on January 18 ,
1983 at 7 : 00 P.M. at Frederick High School, in Frederick,
Colorado.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th
day of December, 1982 .

NOTICE OF FILING OF SPECIAL DISTRICT SERVICE PLAN
Pursuant to passage of S.B. 44 amending CRS 32-1-202, the County Clerk and
Recorder shall notify the Division of Local Government within five days after
the filing of a service plan for the formation of a new special district.
Please provide the information indicated and return this form to the Division
of Local Government.
