A public hearing was conducted on March 28, 2001, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:

The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated March 9, 2001, and duly published March 14, 2001,
in the Tri-Town Farmer and Miner,a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Leslie
Adams and Mary Trostel for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit
#1312 for an Outdoor Storage Facility for Recreational Vehicles and Boats (Phase I)and Enclosed
Storage Units (Phase II) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Lee Morrison, Assistant County
Attorney,made this a matter of record. Julie Chester, Department of Planning Services, requested
this matter be continued to April 18, 2001, at 10:00 a.m., to allow adequate time for notification.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
Commissioner Masden moved to continue the request of Leslie Adams and Mary Trostel for a Site
Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit #1312 for an Outdoor Storage
Facility for Recreational Vehicles and Boats(Phase I)and Enclosed Storage Units(Phase II)in the
A (Agricultural) Zone District, to Wednesday, April 18, 2001, at 10:00 a.m. based on the
recommendations of the Department of Planning Services and Clerk to the Board staff. The motion
was seconded by Commissioner Jerke, and it carried unanimously.
