RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION NO. 190 - ELDOR AND MARILYN
GREIN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed the
request of Eldon and Marilyn Grein for an exemption from the defi-
nitions of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" in Section 30-28-101
(10) (d) , CRS 1973 , as amended, and Section 2-1 A. (3) of the Weld
County Subdivision Regulations, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that Eldor
and Marilyn Grein are the owners of a certain parcel of land located
in part of the West 1, Southeast 4, Section 32 , Township 1 North,
Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado , and
WHEREAS, on May 18 , 1983 , Eldor and Marilyn Grein were granted
Subdivision Exemption No. 179 which changed the dividing line from
an east-west direction to a north-south orientation, and
WHEREAS, Eldor and Marilyn Grein are now requesting to move
that line slightly to the west in order to create two parcels of
almost equal acreage being more particulary described as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the above described
parcels be, and hereby are, declared to be exempt from the defi-
nitions of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" as set forth in
Section 30-28-101 (10) , CRS 1973 , as amended, and Section 2-1 A. (3)
of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of
August, A.D. , 1983.

Legal Description of Property: Part of the West 1/2, Southeast 1/4, Section 32,
Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the 6th p.m. , Weld County, Colorado.
Location of Property: Approximately .5 miles east of Brighton
The owners of the property described above have requested an exemption from
Section 2-1 of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations adopted August 30, 1972.
The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and
recommends that the request be approved for the followings reasons:

Mr. and Mrs. Grein were granted a Subdivision Exemption on May 18, 1983 to

west and has access to either Weld County Road 21, a dirt road or Weld County Road
2. a paved road. The home for Kenneth and Marion Grein, located on Parcel "II", is
nearing completion. The home for Nathan and Kathy Grein, on Parcel "I", has the
foundation ready for building.
