THIS AGREEMENT, made this 2 day of May, 2001, by and between THE BOARD OF WELD COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS, and
Stantec Consulting Inc.
doing business as
Stantec Consulting Inc.
hereinafter called "Contractor.
WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the payments and agreements hereinafter mentioned:
1. The Contractor will commence and complete the phased construction of
2001 PAVEMENT TESTING PROGRAM
As per received proposal dated April 3, 2001
2. The Contractor shall furnish all material, supplies, tools, equipment, labor and other
services necessary for the construction and completion of the project described herein.
3. The Contractor shall commence the work required by the Contract Documents in
accordance with the date stated in the Special Conditions and shall complete the work
within the time stated in the Special Conditions unless the period for completion is
extended otherwise by the Contract Documents.
4. The Contractor agrees to perform all of the work described in the Contract Documents
and comply with the terms of herein for the sum of:
Thirty-Six Thousand, Nine Hundred and fifty and no/100 Dollars ($36,950.00) for the
project 2001 PAVEMENT TESTING PROGRAM
5. The County will pay the Contractor in the manner and at such time as set forth in the
General Conditions such amounts required by the Contract Documents.
6. This Agreement shall be binding upon all parties hereto and their respective heirs,
executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed, or caused to be executed by their duly
authorized officials, this Agreement, each of which shall be deemed an original on the date first written
above.

Agreement between Stantec Consulting and Weld County for the 2001 Pavement Testing Program.
The certificate of liability insurance is enclosed. As soon as the Chair has signed the agreement, please
send an executed copy to Dean Dreher to submit to the contractor.
