RE: DONATION TO AMBULANCE SERVICE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the Weld County Commissioners,
in the event that donations are received, that they be received
formally by the Board and the designated purpose be indicated, and
WHEREAS , the Weld County Ambulance Service has received a
donation of FIFTEEN DOLLARS ($15. 00) from Mr. & Mrs. Ralph T.
Anders in memory of Toyo Akahoshi , and
WHEREAS, the donation to the Weld County Ambulance Service
is to be used in the acquisition of new radio equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the donation is received
and is to be designated to be used in the acquisition of new
radio equipment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that a copy of this
Resolution and a letter of appreciation be forwarded to Mr. and
Mrs. Ralph T. Anders.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 8th day of
February, A.D. , 1984 .
