at 1:30 p.m., in Room 210, Weld County Planning Department, 1555 N. 17th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado
concerning the request of:

FOR: A Substantial Change Hearing on a parcel of land which previously had a land use application
denied.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Parts of Sections 35 and 36;T3N, R68W of the 6th P.M.,Weld County, Colorado.
LOCATION: East of and adjacent to 1-25 Frontage Road; south of and adjacent to WCR 28.
You have previously reviewed this case under Z-528 for a Change of Zone. You do not need to respond with
