On July 17, 2001, Randell Ferguson from the Colorado Oil & Gas Conservation
Commission witnessed a water sampling from our North under drain. Enclosed you will
find the results of the test and the chain of command. Mr. Ferguson stated that he would
be sending you a copy of the site report.
Enclosed in this letter is a copy of the analyticals from CSI, and the under drain log. I
also would like to get a finalization from you on the Waste Management Plan that I
submitted to you on June 13s'.
