RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Patty Hughes be appointed to said board as
the regular member citizen representative, to replace Joan Rhoads, and that Louisa Warfield be
appointed to said board as an alternate member citizen, to replace Patty Hughes, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Patty Hughes and Louisa Warfield
to said board, with their terms to expire November 1, 2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Patty Hughes and Louisa Warfield be, and hereby are, appointed
to the Juvenile Community Review Board, with their terms to expire November 1, 2002.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 27th day of August, A.D., 2001.
