RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF LARRY SEASTROM TO WELD-LARIMER LOAN
REVIEW COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld-Larimer Loan Review Committee,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Larry Seastrom be reappointed to said
board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Larry Seastrom to said board,
with his term to expire December 31, 2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Larry Seastrom be, and hereby is, reappointed to the
Weld-Larimer Loan Review Committee, with his term to expire December 31, 2004.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 17th day of December, A.D., 2001.
