A public hearing was conducted on April 11, 2001, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner M. J. Geile, Chair
Commissioner Glenn Vaad, Pro-Tem
Commissioner William Jerke
Commissioner David Long
Commissioner Robert Masden - EXCUSED
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Esther Gesick
Assistant County Attorney, Lee Morrison
Planning Department representative, Sheri Lockman
Health Department representative, Trevor Jiricek
Public Works representative, Don Carroll
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated March 23,2001,and duly published March 28,2001,
in the Tri-Town Farmer and Miner, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of
Robert Parsons for a Final Plan for Skylark Ranch Minor Subdivision, S #586. Lee Morrison,
Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Sheri Lockman, Department of Planning
Services, stated the County newspaper did not publish the initial notice, and she requested this
matter be continued to Wednesday, April 25, 2001, at 10:00 a.m. to allow additional time for
publication of a corrected notice. No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
Commissioner Jerke moved to continue the request of Robert Parsons for Final Plan, S#586, for
Skylark Ranch Minor Subdivision, based on the recommendations of the Department of Planning
Services and the Clerk to the Board to Wednesday, April 25, 2001, at 10:00 a.m. The motion was
seconded by Commissioner Long, and it carried unanimously.
