Kirby for a second amendment to a recorded exemption. The request is to amend the plat so that the smaller parcel (Lot B) will be increased by approximately 3 acres to 20.043 acres in size. Pursuant to said Recorded Exemption two parcels of land were created, Parcel "A" being 55.4 acres and Parcel "B" being 16.926 acres. A copy of the Amended Recorded Exemption survey plat is attached to this letter as Exhibit "A" Subsequent to the approval and recording of the plat, Mr. Kirby (the owner of Lot A) and Mr. and Mrs. Steinmiller (the owners of Lot B) have agreed to revise the two parcels by reducing the size of Lot A and increasing the size of Lot B. The agreement has come about due to the inconvenience of the previous survey line between Lot A and Lot B due to a ditch and fence, as well as the need of additional acreage on Lot B for agricultural related activities. A new mylar survey plat of these revised parcels as well as 10 copies of the mylar is attached as Exhibit "B".
