RE: ACCEPTANCE OF BID SUBMITTED BY ROCKY MOUNTAIN LEASING. COMPANY
CONCERNING THE BARBER GREEN ASPHALT PLANT.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 9th day of July, 1980, the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado declared the Barber Green
Asphalt Plant to be surplus property, and
WHEREAS, Rocky Mountain Leasing Company submitted a bid of
$77, 500 . 00 for said asphalt plant, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable
to accept said bid of Rocky Mountain Leasing Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the bid submitted by
Rocky Mountain Leasing Company for $77 , 500 . 00 concerning the
Barber Green Asphalt Plant be, and hereby is, accepted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of
September, A.D. , 1980.
