Dear Sir or Madam:
On February 16, 2001 the above facility received an inspection. The Inspector left a copy of the Certificate
of Inspection with the person in charge of the facility at the time of inspection, which requested that certain
actions be taken within 30 days from the inspection date to show the facility is in full compliance with
Colorado laws. A copy of the Certificate of Inspection is attached.
The inspector requested that the following documentation be sent to the Oil Inspection Section office
within 30 days after the inspection:
• SPCC plan, 7CCR 1101-14 Article 3 3-6-1 (a)
• Corrosion protection records, 7CCR 1101-14 Article 3 3-4-3 (b)
• Last line tightness test, 7CCR 1101-14 Article 3 3-5-1 (d)
The Oil Inspection Section has not received any documentation showing that the above facility is not
currently in violation of Colorado law. Within 30 days from the date of this letter, please send proof to my
attention that the facility is not in violation. If this proof is not sent within 30 days of this letter, you will be
subject to a potential fine of$5,000.00 per tank per day of violation.
