Public Hearing on March 7th, 2000
As a property owner within 500 feet of this request, I have visited the
Dept. of Planning Service on the afternoon of Friday, March 3, 2000.
At that time I was informed that a request was being made for an extension.
Also on Friday, March 3, 2000, I contacted Mr, Gary Tuttle of Tuttle Applegate,
Inc., and he informed me that he was going to request an extension from the
Dept. of Planning on March 7th, 2000.
I am currently in the process of obtaining additional information from Mr.
Tuttle. Once I have had the opportunity to look at this information, I will
be able to make comments on the request.
Due to my current work situation and the stated purpose of requesting an
extension, I am requesting that this fax be entered into the report as my
desire to comment on this change after the new date has been set.
