that the wooer if said lend, prier to the filing sf said petition, paid to the
County Treasurer of Weld County, all tames dee, other than tanots for irrigation
distiret purposes of said District, together with such penalties or fees as were c
chargeable therssn, or that if mesh tame have net already been paid, the said
petitioner shall pay said tames before resolution shall take effect.; and

board of Directors would hear the same, sad take evidence in support thereof, and
take action thereon, has boon duly published and given as provided by law, and

in the office of the Clerk and tasorder of Weld County, Colorado."
