RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 653 - STEVEN R. SCHULTZ
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 8th day of September, 1982, considered the re-
quest of Steven R. Schultz for a mobile home to be used as a
temporary use during a medical hardship on the parcel of land,
which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more
particularly described as follows:
Part of the SWa of Section 28 , T7N, R66W
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Steven
R. Schultz for permission to place a mobile home to be used as
a temporary use during a medical hardship on the above described
parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the
Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43 , be, and hereby is,
granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 8th day of
September, A.D. , 1982.

In 1973, a septic system (permit #2411) was installed for Dean Severin
(SW1 -28-7-66) . Mr. Steve Schultz of 14497 Weld County Road 76, Eaton, owner
of the property for eight years, wishes to tie a 12'x50' two-bedroom mobile
home into the existing septic system. We will approve the request provided
that only person inhabit the mobile home and that the mobile home not be used
for greater than 3 years. If the property is sold, if greater than one person
inhabits the home, or if a malfunction to the septic system occurrs our depart-
ment must be notified so that modifications or the need for a new septic
system be evaluated. We cannot certify that the system will continue to func-
tion as intended.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN :
I would like to request your consideration to approve
a mobile home permit to park a mobile home at my
residence .
The reason for this request is I have been recently
divorced and have custody of my three daughters and
must provide adequate care for them. I am employed
as an electrician currently working at Hewlett-Packard
and due to the working hours it requires a responsible
person to be at my residence to care for my children,
also the environment for my children would be much
better in their own home . I believe a qualified person
should be on the premises to avoid interruption of
their lives .
In order to obtain custody , I requested the services
of a Home Study from the Department of Social Services
who recommended that I have custody but must meet some
provisions as to the comfort of my children which
includes a competent person to be at my home to care
for them. In order to do this I feel a separate home
should be available for this person .
I have adequate facilities for the addition of a
mobile home on my property . If you think it beneficial ,
the removal of an existing small home would be done
to accomodate better living conditions for a person
to care for the children.
Your consideration to grant this request will be
appreciated as it would benefit my family and their
future .

Steve Schultz, Rt. 2, Box 141, Eaton, Colorado 80615, has requested a permit to
allow him to place a mobile have on his property.
We strongly encourage you to grant his request.
Mr. Schultz is a divorced father of three small children, aced six, four and
three years. We conducted a custody evaluation and recommended that Mr. Schultz
be granted full or joint custody of his children. The court awarded him joint
custody. Mr. Schultz is employed full-time. He has hired an in-home day care
provider. The day care provider will live in the mobile hoe. We believe the day
care provider's living this close to the children will be beneficial for them.
