RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF SYL MANLOVE TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Syl Manlove be appointed to said board as
the District 5 representative, to replace Timothy Losh, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Syl Manlove to said board, with her
term to expire December 31, 2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Syl Manlove be, and hereby is, appointed to the Board of
Adjustment, with her term to expire December 31, 2003.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 31st day of October, A.D., 2001.
