To whom it may concern:
Asphalt Specialties Company,Inc., has an Agreement with the property owner, Mr.
land Laurence G. Hause, to proceed with a Weld County Use by Special Review and other
and use approvals needed for a proposed processing facility,and continued residential
agricuhural use of the property located at 2292 Weld County Road 27, Ft. Lupton,
Colorado. This application for Use by Special Review is being made with my knowledge
and consent.
I have entered into this Agreement as current owner of the property. Once approvals
have been obtained, the Asphalt Specialties Company, Inc., will obtain an interest in the
property under consideration through the exercise of a current contract to purchase the
land.

THIS DEED is made by Ruth V. Hause as Personal Representative of the Es-
tate of Robert Douglas Hause, aka Robert D. Hause, Deceased, Grantor, to
RUTH V. IIAUSE, Grantee, whose address is P. 0. Box 155, Keenesburg, Colorado
80643.
WHEREAS, the above-named decedent in his lifetime made and executed his
Last Will and Testament dated October 10, 1984, which Will was duly admitted
to formal probate on February 27, 1986, by the District Court in and for the
County of Weld and State of Colorado, Probate No. 86-PR-38;
WHEREAS, Grantor was duly appointed Personal Representative of said es-
tate on February 27, 1986, and is now qualified and acting in said capacity;
WHEREAS, the Grantee is determined to be the person entitled to dis-
tribution of the hereinafter-described real property, and Grantor is author-
ized and directed to distribute the same to Grantee by Court Order dated
November 19, 1986.
