In accordance with Article II, Section 3, of the contract approved under
resolution number 2001-2415 E00041, between Weld County Colorado and
Sear-Brown
executed August 27, 2001 for a period of 175 calendar days, the undersigned
hereby agree that the maximum amount payable by the County for the work as set
forth in the said contract is hereby increased by $7,457 , to a new total
of $ 177,175.00
The services affected by this increase/decrease are modified as follows:
Perform trapping for the Peble's Meadow Jumping mouse.
Document finding in an Environmental Report.
The Consultant shall provide Design and Prolect/Construction Management
services in accordance with the attached scope of work dated July 13, 2001 and
the attached Consultant's Cost Proposal dated August 14, 2001. Work under
this change order shall be completed within an additional 0 calendar days,
for a new contract time of completion of 175 calendar days. (or No
additional time will be given to complete the work under this change order) .
This amendment to the contract is intended to be effective as of
September 6, 2001
BUT IN NO EVENT SHALL IT BE DEEMED VALID UNTIL IT SHALL HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY
THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF WELD. COUNTY COLORADO.
