WHEREAS , on July 3, 1968, the Board of County Commissioners

d a of Weld County, Colorado adopted a resolution concerning the

%DP streets, highways and easements in behalf of the public in that

situate in part of the West Half (W1) and the Southeast Quarter

WHEREAS, a request to vacate 52nd Avenue has been received

'"' by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,

and,
WHEREAS, a Quit Claim Deed from Weld County, Colorado to
the present owners of the abutting property has been prepared,
said property being more particularly described in Exhibit "A" ,
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and . 4
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable
to authorize the Chairman to sign said Quit Claim Deed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Chairman of the Board
be, and hereby is, authorized to sign the Quit Claim Deed to the
present owners of the abutting property concerning the vacation
of 52nd Avenue.
