RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF BRUCE FITZGERALD TO PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Bruce Fitzgerald be appointed to said board
as the District 6 representative, to replace Jack Epple, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Bruce Fitzgerald to said board, with
his term to expire July 31, 2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Bruce Fitzgerald be, and hereby is, appointed to the Planning
Commission, with his term to expire July 31, 2004.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of September, A.D., 2001.
