RE: RESCINDING :RESOLUTION CONCERNING-VACATION OF LESLIE STREET
BETWEEN 4TH AND,. 5TH STREETS. IN BRIGGSDALE, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute- and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board -received a request from Evert Bissell,
Superintendent of School District RE-103., in Briggsdale, Colo-
rado, to, vacate Leslie Street between 4th and 5th Streets in
Briggsdale, Colorado, and
WHEREAS.,, on the 13th 'day of October, 1982, the Board did
approve.,_ by Resolution, the request to vacate Leslie Street
between 4th and 5th. Streets. in Briggsdale, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, information has now been received by the Board
that there is opposition to said vacation, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Engineer is scheduled to meet with
the parties involved in order to resolve this matter, and will
make his recommendation known to the Board after said meeting,
and
WHEREAS, the Board now deems it advisable to rescind the
Resolution concerning the vacation of Leslie Street between 4th
and 5th Streets in .Briggsdale, Colorado.
NOW, THEREFORE,- BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Wald County, Colorado that the Resolution.:,approved
on the 13th day of October,. 1982, concerning the vacation of
Leslie Street between 4th and 5th Streets in Briggsdale, Colo-
rado be, and hereby is, rescinded.
BE- IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Weld County
Engineer shall submit his recommendation concerning said vaca-
tion after meeting with the parties involved in this matter.

The, above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on. the 18th day of
October, A.D. , 1982.
