RE: APPROVE CHANGE ORDER LETTER FOR ISP NONRESIDENTIAL SERVICES AND
AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Change Order Letter for ISP
Nonresidential Services between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Community Corrections
Board, and the Department of Corrections, Division of Adult Parole Supervision, commencing
June 1, 2001, and ending June 30, 2001, with further terms and conditions being as stated in
said change order letter, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said change order
letter, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Change Order Letter for ISP Nonresidential Services between
the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, on behalf of the Community Corrections Board, and the Department of
Corrections, Division of Adult Parole Supervision, be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said change order letter.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 7th day of May, A.D., 2001.

CHANGE ORDER LETTER
Board of Commissioners of Weld County

Contractor:
Pursuant to paragraph 3.G of the Contract between the Department of Corrections, Division of Adult
Parole Supervision and the Board of Commissioners of Weld County, the Division of Adult Parole
Supervision hereby notifies you that the maximum amount payable from the State of Colorado ISP Non
Residential Services under Contract Number OICAA000062, covering the period July 1, 2000 through
June 30, 2001, is hereby increased by $10,000.00 to a new total of $32,152.00. The rates remain
unchanged.
Paragraph 2.B.(2) of Contract O1CAA000062 shall now read: "Thirty-two Thousand One Hundred Fifty-
two Dollars($32,152.00)".
This amendment to the Contract is intended to be effective June 1, 20W but in no event shall this
amendment be deemed valid until the State Controller or his designee has approved it.
Please sign, date and return all copies of this Letter on or before May 15, 2001.
