HomeMy WebLinkAbout20010966 RESOLUTION RE: SET HEARING DATE TO CONSIDER ROAD PETITION FOR VACATION OF A PORTION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY ON WELD COUNTY ROAD 39 - DWAINE POLAND WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Road Petition from Dwaine Poland, 18938 Weld County Road 22, Fort Lupton, Colorado 80621, requesting the vacation of a 660-foot portion of right-of-way on Weld County Road 39 south from Weld County Road 22, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to set April 11, 2001, at 9:00 a.m. as a hearing date to consider said petition. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that April 11, 2001, at 9:00 a.m. be, and hereby is, established as the appropriate time to consider the Road Petition from Dwaine Poland requesting the vacation of a portion of right-of-way on Weld County Road 39. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of March, A.D., 2001.
